As President of Action Management Associates, Inc. Mark Smith brings clients over 25 years of financial, information processing, management, consulting, and training experience.
Mark is a recognized expert in critical thinking processes and he is a Master Instructor in Action Management’s programs.
Mark has provided consulting services and taught PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING (PSDM) programs for Sprint, Bank of Montreal, JC Penney, McKesson Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, KPMG and Disney. Mark managed the conversion of Action Management’s PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING workshop to a distance learning program for Sprint and KPMG.
In addition to his training experience, Mark brings clients expertise from a broad management background including positions as Vice President at Bank of America, and as a Controller at Affiliated Computer Services. He has been responsible for the profitable operation of several business units and has personally utilized the PSDM techniques throughout his professional career.
Mark has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
