Linda has held education and management roles in business, government, and academic environments where she has designed and leveraged leadership development, training, educational assessment, change management, process improvement, OD interventions, and management coaching to improve performance at all organizational levels.
Respected for her ability to create order out of chaos and guide diverse teams to achieve extraordinary results, Linda excels in organizational needs assessment, change management, 360 assessment coaching, team problem solving, and multi-cultural management development training and coaching.
During a ten year career at McKesson Corporation, Linda held positions as Manager and Director of Professional Development, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, and Performance Consulting Manager where she planned and facilitated courses in management development, conducted strategic and operational planning, managed virtual teams, and provided teambuilding and coaching for all levels of a 30,000 employee organization. While at McKesson, Linda facilitated Action Management’s PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING (PSDM) program to audiences across North America.
Earlier in her professional career, Linda owned her own training and consulting firm where she worked with domestic and international clients in telecommunications, healthcare, construction and insurance. Linda began her professional career participating in a civilian intern program as a program manager and analyst for the U.S. Army Aviation Systems.
Linda Reed is a concert pianist and holds a B.A. degree from St. Ambrose University and a M.A. degree from The University of Iowa. She has served as an associate professor at Blackhawk College.
